There's an incompatibility between this true addon and the latest stable version of WinSetupFromUSB - 0.2.3 - http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/120444- … -with-gui/

To be more precise, the flash.inf connot be copied to the HDD after formatting the drive and before starting windows installation, and so an error occurs. It only happens when I try to install from a USB drive, everything is A-OK when I install from cd.

My solution is using an alternate Adobe Flash T-13 installer, so no biggie. Just wanted to mention this.... maybe you'll have some time for this... or maybe not. smile

What is the error exactly?

copying stops, then it says that flash.inf cannot be copied, and if I want to skip and continue or retry the installation disk.

I tried various configurations, including an untouched xp sp3 disk and only this addon, and the error remained. sad

Surely WinSetupFromUSB adds something to the disk that is incompatible with the flash.inf file. When I install from a cd, nothing stops the installation progress.

Re: Adobe Flash Player v10.1.102.64

Is that all the error says, there are a few versions of the cannot copy error and their a bit more specific than that if I remember right.

Something WinSetupFromUSB is doing is causing this and I've never used it so I'll have to learn how it works before I can understand why it doesn't like my addon.

The origional flash inf is replaced by my addon so that maybe something to do with it. I won't know untill I dig into WinSetupFromUSB though.
