How do I slipstream your Win XP SP2 pack? Do I copy the installation files from the Windows XP SP2 CD to a directory say c:\xp and then run update.exe (update -s:c:\xp)?
How do I then upgrade to SP3? Is there a file which I can download and slipstream over the SP2 pack?
Sorry for the newbie questions. Thanks

You use nLite to slipstream the offficial microsoft service pack and one of my update packs. nLite`s guide should help you get started.
btw you don`t need to slipstream sp2 if your going to "upgrade" to sp3. Just slipstrea sp3 and my sp3 update pack.

Hi everyone,
Thanks a whole bunch for the fabulous update packs. Just wanted to know, is it required to install just the latest update pack instead of installing the one prior to it? I had downloaded packs which are now old, since I wasn't sure. Please advice. Thanks again in advance.

Just the latest pack is needed (that's why I don't keep old versions available for download).
That said it's possible to slipstream the latest pack into a source that has an older pack already integrated, unless otherwise stated in the changelog.

Is there a way to install this update packs to a current running XP pro. I don't mean for slipstream and fresh install. Thanks.
