Does slipping with xable post sp3 pack avoid Hotfix Uninstallers?

I will be slipping with SP3 and Xable post SP3 soon.

I know that when we do Windows Update there are Hotfix Uninstaller folder and files left on the system.

If I slip SP3 and Xable pack, will that make it so when you install from the slip CD there are no hotfix uninstaller folder and files created?

Thank you
