H-Access is denied

I've been trying to slipstream SP3 UDP v.1.0.18 into an untouched version of Xp Pro/Sp3 with nLite v.1.4.9.1.  Each time I try I receive the error message "H-Access is denied".  The hash values for both XP and the UDP are correct and I still receive the message when I restrict activities to just integrating the UPD.

Can anyone suggest a reason and a possible solution?

Make sure you copy your cd contents to a folder on your hard drive.

The XP Pro files and the UDP are both in the same folder on my hard drive.  The folder has a kosher name (XP_PRO_SP3_UPDATED).

Then if your not out of space and you have permission to access the folder it`s probably an nLite issue. Your best of reporting it on the nLite forum.
