Can I use nLite to integrate kb835221 without it affecting any of the security updates?

835221 is for SP1, you want 888111 which is for SP2 and yes you can slipstream it with nLite no problem.

No, my update pack is strictly windows update fix`s...
and it`s easy to add 888111 with nLite, just select it when you select the update pack.
