That'll be a problem with your translation simexi, I just had a quick look at it and you've not included the Finnish .CAT file for 954459.
Tip...
"qfecheck -v" can give more of a clue than the standard output. But when qfecheck complains the first thing to check is the .CAT file, then the fileversions and qfecheck registry entries.

I've found an mistake
Removed 973687 - ( Superseded by 2079403 and 954459 )
but 973687 i'ts not superseded by 954459
Files inside of update - 954459
msxml6.dll 6.20.1099.0
Files inside of update - 973687
msxml6.dll 6.20.1103.0
msxml3.dll 8.100.1051.0
So 954459 no more needed
At least in my Polish version of update

Hi TeddyBeers,
That's not a mistake but you can be forgiven for thinking it's one. Microsoft have reverted that file to an earlyer version, hence the IgnoreFileVersions flag in entries.ini 
If you check Microsoft Update 973687 isn't offered. 973687 is Superseded/Replaced by 2079403 and 954459 respectively.
Thanks for posting though, I appreciate potential bugs being reported.

That's not Microsoft Update, it's the updates KB article. This is Microsoft Update.
There is a difference between an update being pushed through Microsoft update and being available for download from microsoft's download centre.
