Is kb931706 supported, I added but it still gave me and unbootable boot volume. Any ideas?

All updates and hotfix`s are "supported"
931760 updates ntoskrnl.exe and there`s a newer version in my pack which means the issue 931760 fix`s should already be fixed.
So it`s most likely 931760 doesn`t work in your situation and you should look for another hotfix or contact microsoft.
