I've used RyanVM's for a few years, but I'm attracted to these update packs because they are so much more current! : )
I've been using nLite the last year and wonder if there is a problem integrating one Upgrade pack on top of another?
I do not wipe a system often, but when I do, I wnat to make sure I've the latest, GOOD install disk.
Thanks for any replies and I kind of like the simplicity of this site. I really like it already. Power to the people!

Hello zaqxsw!
It`s possible, but it`s messy so best to start with a clean source when switching update packs.
Pack B might not include and therefore update everything pack A has added for one.

Love the personal reply!
No, I start with a "clean" version of WinXP Pro with just SP3 integrated.
I just put a lot of time into re-building an OS in a system and want some confidence that whatever Update Pack I use will cover the dozens of updates that occurred.
Thanks for the reply!

Ok, back and just asking a straight question:
Using nLite, is there any problem with integrating RyanVM's pack and then Xable's? Am I stupid considering this?
Thanks for any replies!

Integrating two different update-packs are both pointless and will let you run into trouble most likely...
You just have to choose what you're after...
Xable's pack is purely high-priority updates from WU/MU(with optional addons) while RyanVM's pack additionally features optional and unofficial updates also...

zaqxsw, if your starting with a clean source then there`s no sense slipstreaming multiple packs. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
If there are any extra updates you need which aren`t included in your chosen pack, you can always download them yourself from the microsoft download centre or the hotfix share and let nLite slipstream them for you.
