Hello mcgrady,
1. you use nLite to integrate the packs yes
2. the full contents of the update packs are listed on the sp2 and sp3 contents pages, which are linked to at the top of ever page.
Anything that`s not in the update pack maybe available as an addon, all addons are in the addon section.

Darren, I downloaded your latest update pack and MRT v3.15 isn't to be found in your pack (?) I stripped it down to the bone and didn't find it anywhere in your update pack.. I know your inf file shows MRT in it but the file isn't in the pack. (?)

I'll throw this in here -- from another topic:
The mrt file is left out because it's redundant on a new install.

Did the other topic have the explanation about how it is redundant ?

It's a fresh install.. bit pointless scanning for nasties on a fresh install. You would have to be very talented to infect yourself straight after installing windows.

With that being said, why would you have listed that you updated your update pack with mrt v3.15 if it is unnecessary ?

Because we're not talking about mrt as a whole just the mrt file, specifically mrt.exe.
The mrt registry entrie is needed to satisfy windows updates detection method. Which is updated with every mrt release. That's what the changelog refers to.

Could you explain how that works a little bit Please ?

Sure, MRT is made up of a registry entrie and a single .exe file. The registry entrie is what windows update checks to determin if the latest version has been run and the .exe is what actually does the scanning. The .exe measures in at 36MB and is unnessasairy on a clean install for reasons previously mentioned. So the registry entrie is included to keep windows update happy and the .exe ommiited.
If you need to run MRT between the time you install and the next patch day you can always run it from the download centre.
Just curious, why are you interested in such detail? It's not a bad thing just curious.
