Thx for this useful site. It's been helpful during my XP unattended install tests.
However, I'm stuck on one step. I'm not clear on how to automate the installation of WGAV / 892130 using your WGAV cab package addon. I've extracted the cab and tried installing the inf file inside, but it doesn't seem to work for me. What is the recommended procedure for installing your addon please?

Hi xpguy, you use a program called nLite to slipstream it, there's no need to extract it, just point nLite at the .cab.

Oh, I see. I didn't realize it was designed for use with nLite. I'm familiar with nLite and used it several times a couple of months ago to do some builds, but ran into a couple of weird issues and decided to first learn how to manually setup an unattended XP install using Microsoft's tools only (e.g. unattend.txt, winnt.sif, svcpack.inf, etc...) before proceeding further with nLite.
If I would like to manually include your addon in my own unattended build process, without using nLite, do you have any suggestions on how I can do that?

I have no problems with nLite but it is a good idea to learn this stuff, makes troubleshooting easyer.
Extract LegitChe.DL_, wgav.in_ and wgav.in_ from my addon into your I386 folder.
Open dosnet.inf and find:
[Files]Add below:
d1,LegitChe.DLL
d1,wgav.infOpen txtsetup.sif and find:
[SourceDisksFiles.x86]Add below:
LegitChe.DLL = 100,,,,,,,2,0,0,LegitCheckControl.DLL
wgav.inf = 100,,,,,,,20,0,0Open sysoc.inf and find:
[Components]Add below:
